A promotional film for the Sirkhane Darkroom social project supported by UNHCR Türkiye.
Sirkhane Darkroom, supported by UNHCR Türkiye, is a story of social transformation where children meet analogue photography. In the film we documented the project's workshop environment and the work produced by the children with a documentary language.
In projects with international organisations, content approval processes and ethical rules (including children's image rights) are an integral part of production; we ran the process in coordination with the UNHCR team. The film was delivered on a production schedule of about one month.
